My Background and Experience

Over four decades I have worked at the intersection of technology, business leadership and organizational transformation.

My professional journey started in engineering, R&D and marketing and evolved through product management, business management and strategy leadership into senior and executive responsibilities for large-scale businesses, strategic initiatives and business transformation.

My experience ranges from entrepreneurial growth environments to leadership responsibility for a business with multi-billion-euro revenue within one of the world's most advanced technology environments (see article) where I was member of the Executive Committee.

Throughout my career I have observed that successful organizations do not differentiate themselves through strategy alone.

They differentiate themselves through bridging the gap between abstract strategy and real-world implementation by their ability to align strategy, people, processes and execution around a common objective.
